I offer 50 minute one on one personal training sessions and 50 minute small group training sessions (2-5) people. All sessions include a thorough dynamic warm up, a work out that is tailored to the client’s needs, and a cool down to recover. Working with me you will get a mixture of endurance, cardiovascular, balance, strength, and power training.
I worked with Mary for nearly 9 months to get in the best shape of my life for my wedding. I’m a person who consistently goes to the gym and is active, but I wanted that little extra push so I gave personal training a try. I met Mary and it was a perfect match! I’ve had the pleasure of being a client of Mary’s over the past two years, and I really appreciate her knowledge and professionalism as a personal trainer, along with her friendly personality. With some physical limitations from my old injuries, Mary always takes great care to select exercises that will work best for me.
